we understand that things happen & change. if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice as this allows us to be respectful of our team and other guests. 

this notice allows the DnV a chance to contact other guests who may be on our waitlist, and fill the appointment time. 

if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled or you don’t let us know of any change to your appointment within the 48-hour period, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be due before any future appointments can be booked. once we receive the fee, our team will be more than happy to schedule your next appointment.
