starting out in 1994, vanessa began as an apprentice to some of toronto’s top hairdressers which led to her long career with Civello Salon & Spa, starting in 1998. this career opportunity allowed Vanessa to hone her skills and continually educate herself making sure she kept up with the latest trends and enhanced her skills year over year.
she has enjoyed creating looks for thousand’s of clients, editorial pieces, television, and educating others, over the span of her career.
vanessa’s inspiration heavily comes from ‘timeless & elegant’ fashion and design sources, and because of this she is so passionate about creating ‘beautiful, believable hair’ - a mantra which has been evident in the development of her signature style over the years, and today.

beginning her career in 1998, dylan honed her technical skills and creative edge through training under the ray civello and associates brand. alongside her 25+ year career as a stylist with Civello Salon & Spa, dylan has pursued opportunities in international hair shows, global fashion weeks, television, and editorial features to name a few.
dylan also has a passion for education which has enabled her to share her knowledge and skills with others over the years.
today, dylan uses her skills to focus on creating the perfect look for every individual, through combining the art of fluid movement and precision.
alana murray

for over 20 years alana has found joy in 'making hair pretty'.
starting her career as an educator at the aveda academy which led to her becoming certified in multiple colour education programs and leading mentoring initiatives for others, alana has always been passionate about the care and thought that goes into creating looks.
her greatest love in hairdressing has always been her commitment to her clients and their needs. her attention to detail has led her to becoming a freehand balayage and colour correction specialist - creating dimensional, effortless customized hair.
when alana isn't behind the chair, you can find her walking her pup or travelling the world (likely with a margarita in hand).

felix began his career in hair in 2014.
he has quickly become a highly sought after colourist. felix loves to create lived in, blended colour. felix draws his inspiration from celebrities and pop culture.
he is also an extension enthusiast and certified in many extension methods.
avry beninato
colourist
after starting hair school in winnipeg, avry found her passion for hair and moved to toronto to pursue her career, where she would train further at civello.
avry’s continued pursuit towards hair colour and extension greatness found her displaying her talents on tv, and in editorial, however, avry never lost focus of her true passion, putting her client’s hair first.

jacie moved to toronto five years ago from New Brunswick to pursue a career in hair. she studied at the aveda academy and specialized in colour because she knew that's where her passion was.
after graduating, she began a career at civello salons and grew her client base and expertise over the four years she was with them.
jacie loves creating natural, blended highlight & balayage looks for her clients, but enjoys creating colour of any kind. she takes her inspiration largely from celebrities & trends.
in her free time, she enjoys working out or an ice cold white claw - she's all about balance.

Growing up with three sisters, Jesse developed his love for styling hair early on and remains his favorite part of every haircut. He has a talent for creating everything from long hair styles to chic bobs. With a keen eye for detail Jesse transforms hair into unique expressions to leave each client feeling their most beautiful.
