the DnV cancellation policy
we understand that things happen & change. if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice as this allows us to be respectful of our team and other guests. 
this notice allows the DnV a chance to contact other guests who may be on our waitlist, and fill the appointment time. 
if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48-hour period, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged. in the event of a no show, no call or email 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
